I just came across this company one of there O/O wants to work with me so i was just checking his previous company
and this company is not authorized as per Safer website and they are still working fine posting trucks and booking loads

How is this possible help me understand how you can you search a legit carrier

Its same MC # safer result don't have INC after name
But its same company and still an active user on Link ............

I can't comment on this carrier, but after ELD's came in some carriers switched to Canada only as their drivers didn't want to go to the USA.

We've onboarded a few for local GTA or domestic Canada shipments that have inactive MC's because they no longer service the great ol USA.

Yes i agree with you if they like to switch to canada only
But this carrier is posting trucks in USA
He just posted a load to Cincinatti OH good luck to the broker whoever's shipment he got

There's your answer.
Unless they have another company with valid MC# I sure wouldn't send them cross border freight.
