Of course, if Loadlink members all decide to use the system this way, it really defeats what the tool/system was designed for. I believe they have a policy about complaints, a certain number of complaints causes them to investigate a clients ongoing account status, and a large number of complains I believe launches a 'warning' complaining to members and account lockout of the offending member. Perhaps calling and discussing it with your account rep would clarify their complaint procedures (if they are permitted to disclose internal processes).

Remember, Loadlink is a business providing a service, they are not the police, they are not the OPP, they are not the RCMP nor do they have the capacity to 'control' anything in our industry beyond responding to complaints from their customers. The more feedback they have from members the more they can react to a member that should be 'cut off'. I have seen warnings in the ad popups of companies that are not Loadlink members, that could be their way of telling you to steer clear? :)

All of the above is my opinion based on what I have seen and heard, I have not called Loadlink to ask for clarification. I'm sure they are a member here and are free to speak up any time.

Thanks for your post. We took our issue to Loadlink and are working with them to protect the interests of all Loadlink members. I will keep you posted on our progress.

They have a policy in place for reporting non-paying members - it's based on a '3 strike' policy. Did they have other complaints on file do you know? Makes no sense why they would close your account when bringing this matter to their attention.

Thanks for informing me of that. I don't know if they had other complaints on file but there is definitely no shortage of victims of this guys SCAM. You will see what I mean in my next post...
 
Here is a snippet of the formal complaint sent to Loadlink...

To Whom It May Concern,

We are filing a formal complaint against Amanpreet Dhaliwal (who also goes by the names of Amandeep, Aman and Preet) who operates under multiple companies including:

Domestic Freightways Inc
Four Seasons Logistics Inc
4 Seasons Logistics Inc
Bless Trucking
3600 Ford Trucking
123 Seasons Logistics Inc

Through these scam companies, Amanpreet double-brokers loads he has obtained through freight brokers and direct shippers to other 3rd-party carriers and does not pay the transporting carrier. We are one of the carriers to which he owes money for loads he double-brokered to us. We are also aware of other carriers to whom he owes money by operating this same scam. They have been CC'd on this email. It is clear to us that Amanpreet Dhaliwal has directly harmed and is continuing to harm other LoadLink members and we must take immediate action to stop further damages from occurring.

We have also learned that Domestic Freightways Inc currently DOES NOT have valid insurance with Link Insurance Services Ltd or Birk Biljen Insurance Ltd yet is sending doctored/expired COI's to freight brokers to give the impression that he is insured. I just spoke with his past insurance agents, name removed from Link Insurance Services Ltd (phone: XXX--XXX-XXX, email: XXX@XXXXXX.XXX, policy was cancelled shortly after being taken out) and name removed from Birk Biljen Insurance Ltd (phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX email: XXX@XXXXXXX.XXX, policy was cancelled back in April 2019). They confirmed that Amanpreet no longer has any coverage through them. It appears that Amanpreet obtained insurance at one point to satisfy LoadLink requirements but immediately after the COI was submitted to LoadLink, he cancelled the insurance policy. He is scamming and fraudulently misrepresenting to LoadLink as well. He is also sending this same invalid insurance certificate to direct shippers and freight brokers who are LoadLink members and misrepresenting that he has valid cargo insurance and non-owned trailer insurance when in fact he does not. As I'm sure you must be aware, given LoadLink's mandatory requirements to be insured, this is potentially VERY dangerous to any freight broker or any other party dealing with him.

Attached are the paperwork and emails we had of our dealings with Amanpreet Dhaliwal for a load we did for him. If you look at the attached RATE CONFIRMATION he sent to us at that time, the contact numbers, names, and/or addresses correspond to and link with the other companies he is associated with and represents himself as to others and has used to scam other good standing LoadLink members.

First of all I would like to applaud TransCore Link Logistics for banning the account of Domestic Freightways Inc. following the email we sent to them regarding our complaint against Amandeep Dhaliwal and his many companies. Thank-you Loadlink for taking the right action.

Since that last email, we've also learned of more parties who have been harmed by the actions of Amanpreet Dhaliwal operating under the guise of several different companies.

Please keep in mind this is NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST. These are only the people who have reached out to us during the short time our postings were up on Loadlink while we were trying to warn others of Amanpreet Dhaliwal. Understandably, after Amanpreet complained to Loadlink about the postings, Loadlink demanded we remove the postings as they were not in compliance with their policies. However, we're certain there are still many more companies out there who have suffered damages because of this guy. Please help spread the word so other companies don't fall victim to Amanpreet Dhaliwal's scam and we get him out of the trucking industry and keep him out for good.

Owed ~$18,000 for freight services.

Pr Speedlink is now filing a court action against Amanpreet for fraud.

Amanpreet fraudulently put a lien on Amrit's 2016 tractor for an ENGINE REBUILD. Amrit's truck was and still is under full warranty from the manufacturer.

So this shop is also the part of his fraud. Just curious if they can charged for issuing the invoice.

This one just keeps coming back like a bad cold. He has been banned from our premises but tried to come in last night. Security kicked him out but he called today to complain. Here is another number for him 778-981-5400 if anyone is interested.

He got his Insurance from Golden Ears Insurance Services Ltd in Surrey, BC

We are aware that the DOUBLE-BROKERING, NON-PAYING SCAMMER Amandeep Dhaliwal has now operated under the following companies:
