We got a load form this broker J-L Hayward Logistics dispatcher named Crystal in August pick up Montreal deliver VT Stow ( The ski resort) they were shipping metal bunks for a show, my driver ended up waiting more than 2.5 hours when picking up the load that they did not pay for and on top of that charging me 95$/hour for the rigger crew for my driver not being able to come in on time. She had had it’s a very easy load to top it off, shippers and carriers beware of these guys, they paid almost 3 weeks after the 30 day term too

I was never advised when waiting time exceeded the 2 hour mark at the loading and I was told the driver had to go up and over the mountain to deliver when the ski resort is actually at the base of the mountain. When the load was booked it was explained the delivery was a rigger offload but when the driver was running late I was not informed and they threatened not to deliver until I gave them more money. I had another carrier do the exact same load with no issues. The load was done Aug 8/18 and they were paid Sept 25/18 as we were waiting on their banking information to do an EFT.
