This company shows what it never is. trying to steal money, gives load, gives that load to another company if gets in cheaper, and never inform or changing the load or pay.

I've found them to be fair and reasonable for the most part, and I have a pretty low tolerance for the usual broker games.

Do you think they pay? For us, they didn't pick up the phone, laughed when we asked reason for why they gave the load to somebody else and why not informed us in time. They are even refusing to pay for the truck moved(TONU).

Watch them. I don't mean they don't pay, but I mean they cheated on us, booked our truck, i sent all the way 400 miles to the morning 6am pick up, my driver was on queue for more than 1 hours and was told the load was given somebody else? They laughed when we asked for payment as it's not the case of TONU, they even not paying TONU.

I think that they observe reciprocal behavior. Based on my experience, I think there's far more to this story than your original description.

if you think there is, you should bring out. We are here just to warn others not fall into their trap, but if you want to take load and wait for hours to know your load is given somebody else, we don't have any problem with you. Please go ahead, GOOD LUCK

I think you are talking to someone from National Cold Chain...............why would they say that you are being treated the same way you treated them. He's either a knucklehead or a knucklehead that works for National Cold Chain..............or maybe we are all working in a business where integrity and doing the right thing by a carrier is diminishing.

We didn't do anything wrong. We were given load late afternoon and were asked 3am or 6am loading to choose, we did choose 6am, just to give enough time to be for the appointment. Drove all night and were at the shipper's place at 5:30am. Were in the queue for more than one hour and were told that the load was given somebody else. When we tried to call the BROKER, he responded and he was even not sorry. He said it was given somebody else. We emailed him to give us explanation or will send the invoice. He never replied until we send me invoice of the LOAD, then they woke up and laughing or trying to reply. We were not behind the few hundred dollars, we were against their ignorance. Danny and Scott were the ignoring guys. We will wait 30 days, and will send the invoice to collection.

If you've submitted the TONU invoice and they've acknowledged receipt but refused to pay, I would turn it over to collections immediately.

i had email saying the update on here from National Cold Chain guy, named Danny, about him saying that he offered TONU and call his company, but when i click on that email to see here, it is no more. HE MIGHT HAVE DELETED as that was white lie.
So, he deleted an email from your computer?

Probably a good idea to pick up the phone and agree together to a fair TONU charge, then adjust your invoice to match that figure. Then you can decide if you have a future business relationship or not (once you are paid the fair and agreed rate).
