We sent confirmation to HQ Express to do a load from Guelph to Mississauga on Friday. Dispatch told us driver will pick at 1 pm, Then he tells us driver will arrive in half hour. truck never showed up, and would NOT answer our phone call.

Sorry to hear this markhamboy, HQ Express has done 56 loads for us since January and apart from a few (normal transport industry) delays, they have done a good job.
I mostly dealt with Justin, but with Manjinder as well - it is easier to reach Justin for updates (they have different phone numbers)
