Just spoke with a friend at a carrier that has a load on for these guys. Seems they suppose to be getting paid more than Interstate is collecting?? Can see where this is going. Anyone have any suggestions for the carrier, obvious solution is to get paid before it gets off the truck me thinks

Your friend should have cash in hand before delivering that freight. If he does not then he will likely never see a penny. Any chance he would hold it until I get paid too

is it just me or has there been a large resurgence in people wanting to do business with Quebec companies? We are of the same mind as before unless it has Transforce or Robert on the confirmation sheet don't bother sending it.

I'm kinda hoping that you do have a few other exceptions.

Not really you would have to be highly recommended by someone we completely trust which does not happen very often. When I put a stop to new Quebec carriers/brokers about 12 years ago our receivables improved and our bad debt just about went away so no reason to change the policy. I feel bad for the good companies in Quebec but you have to solve the problem of the bad companies.

Steve Langdon - 514-503-9145. He called me about a load and I see his Auto insurance is expired. As soon as I questioned him about it - he stopped answering emails. steve@interstatecarriers.ca
His Insurance carrier CSIO said they dropped the auto coverage 12/6/2018 and recommended we not use them.
