I have an invoice from January still not paid... Can't get in touch with their accounting dep, when i ask the dispatch they tranfer me to an answering machine

An update,
May 24-Anna finally responded to our multiple emails and stated that a cheque was printed and mailed 'a while ago'. She did not elaborate on how long 'a while' is.

May 25-Anna emails saying that they will re-issue payment

May 31 -Received a cheque dated Friday May 25, postmarked Monday May 28

Anna did what she said she would do but the payment was 98 days old. It took way too long for a response. We have them on COD after this.

All the email addresses point to fretpont.com. That domain is no longer valid as GoDaddy has delisted it.

I have met Bernard personally .
Tall , skinny , Orthodox Jew in Black standard clothes ( required by the religion )

We have sent them request for our payment and have never had a reply.

in case there is other people that are unpaid , I can identify the owner of Fretpont in person . We can bring our cases together into court.
