Never had a problem with Hudon... you just need to make sure to have all the info... the are awesome at LTL east to west....but multi drop stops... prob not their forte as they are an LTL carrier
I could ask that about many carriers... they try their best.... but working in this industry as long as I have... well I know who to call for what... and where their weakness's and strength's are... If you need milk run carriers... let me know the lanes... I could maybe refer some good partners.then why would they accept the freight?

I had the same almost the same problem as boss. 4 drops in Alberta and they were advised in advance of the delivery sequence. They missed the first appt. Which caused a domino effect. Then they had the audacity to bill me for extra time. They threatened to call my customers, so i paid then and thats the last time! DNU list[/Q
Wow. Hope it worked out for you? Is there no way to protect from a carrier such as this interrupting your customer relationships if indeed they did call your customer?
