L.T.S. Transit ?

i had a previous employee of that LTS transit call me after the day he quit saying he just found out the company was based out of India and when you call the office it is an answering service that answers the phone. i was utterlty shocked that this industry has come to this, bad enough having the "bad brokers" but when people are setting up companies from over seas ? makes me sick! How the ex-employee got my number was i quoted on some freight (via email cause noone answers the phone but a phone operator, first RED flag) and thats when my contact info was given to him. 3 days later i get a email saying: " i just wanted to warn all people dealing with LTS Transit/LTS Logistics/ what ever else they call themselves that they are a company claiming to be from the east-PQ but really they are operating out of India! he worked there for 4 weeks and he lives in California??!! wtf!htf! does a guy from California work for a company claiming to be from Quebec but is really from India?? did i lose you yet? because i had to really think to follow this mess. This has SCAM written all over it! The employee said he got the job off the internet as a "telephone sales rep" and was paid for the first 2 weeks he worked there but not the last 2 weeks, i guess thats when he started to investigate a little more. Bottom line DNU!!!!!
 
Check out their website. Bad grammar, stock photos of trucks and loads, and a definite impression that they are an asset based company. Not sure that would be the image I would want to promote to my customers and suppliers.
 
When I had to use a new carrier sometimes it would all come down to their carrier package and a website (if they had it). If the spelling/grammar etc wasn't up to snuff, what kind of service can I expect with my freight. Those things are the first impression of the carrier and if they aren't professional I think it for the most part filtered down to the rest of the company.

If you are going to have a news feed or what's new on your website, at least make the effort to update it frequently or just delete it. I didn't like seeing "news" that they are moved into a new building January 2015 but nothing since.

I got paid in exactly 30 days. I think you should just contact their sccounting department and ask them if they have your invoice or something.

I did not even have to call them and received the check....
 
I would personally disregard these new members positive comments as they most likely come from the same individual. A freight broker living out a UPS Store is never a good sign. Google maps, guys and gals.

I do not comment and give my opinions very often on the subjects here but I live near Levis and I went to see by myself .. I confirm that it is a shell company and that there is nothing that leaves the appearance of a transport company or freight broker .. this is only UPS store.
be careful. I am also of the opinion that the positive comments leave here from the new members are of conjunction with this shady company. they should be banned to do thinks like that!!

It is kind of funny to see how people talking without knowing everything.

The UPS STORE is an address to receive mailing. Do you guys think that we are more than 50 employees working in a small box ??

There is more than 2.5 millions of business that using UPS STORE services to receive maiing.

People talking without proof and knowledge is always funny...
 
I have read this thread and I don't know this company but I wanna let you know that I am also using a UPS STORE for my business adress to receive mailing from others place than our main office.

Is is a pretty common thing and thank you UPS for this service.
 
There is nothing wrong with using UPS Box but we ask for the actual office address also so we can check that out.

2.5 Million in freight and 50 people working there??? I am sure with those numbers you quick pay also?
