They are finally updating our street, drainage, etc out front... Except they cut the phone lines doing so...
Please email us rather than call as we have no phones...

Oops, they did it again.
I'm beginning to wonder if they have a clue that there are wires in the ground that carry phone signals...

Email only for now (thankfully we have a dedicated wireless internet provider).

Yup, it's called a locate service. They have the entire street flagged, different colours for gas, phones, etc... I'm glad they are capable of avoiding gas lines at least. I would hate to have to evacuate.

That happened to me once. It took bell 4 days to fix the problem. They didn't care much about my little business.

You better hope they don't finish the project with the Montreal based paving contractor that was so prominent on yesterday's tv news.......

We have a PRI box with Bell, so I think the are required to fix our issue within 4 hours.

Thanks to Shawn, the best Bell tech I've ever met all lines are back up! For now.... They do have the entire street to widen, I've a feeling he'll be back...

Lines cut again (4th time now) and Bell has to bring in heavy machinery to excavate and find the damage.
I'll be happy when the street widening and watermains replacement are complete.
