They're paying us on avg 40-45 days. Might miss one or two invs here and there but always resolve it quickly. No problems for us.
 
Its all show freight, this guy is a jerk, says he'll pay the accessorial charges then doesn't. Wants cheap rail rates for everything but needs air and team service. He has no concept of shipping in a timely manner.
 
worked with him on Nov 4th. Since we have invoiced him it's been pass 115 days. 1st he stopped answering our company phone calls. Everytime we call on from our cell phones he pickup and answer is only that he will speak to John for the pending invoice. I don't know who John is as he is running a one man show. Would not recommend anyone to move their freight with him.

I show them at 51 South Oval in Hamilton, which is a house in a residential area known as Westdale... very residential, perhaps they are running this business from their house... Not a bad neighbourhood at all...

If you are in the area, I would suggest paying a visit to the front porch, and if they don't answer the door, I would start asking the neighbours about them... I've done this in the past, and it can be tense, but it can also yield great results when someone refuses to pay and you are unable to confront them directly...

Also, I'm pretty sure "John" is Shane's middle name...
