Nice that is a good way to do business. Some outfit no one has heard of is going to go around back soliciting. That should make them lots of friends quick..

We did use them for a truckload to PA. No issues, had to call them for updates but got them in a timely manner. I have a rock solid relationship with the shipper so asked him if they approached him. He said nothing yet but he will let me know. I will advise if they do! Thanks for the feedback.

I hate to ask, but I'm trying to confirm if this is a bad apple, or a bad company... I do agree the individual is reflective of the company, but if they recently joined perhaps the company doesn't know what this individual is doing...

May I ask who everyone has had the issues with more specifically? Was it the individual that used to be at Sopro?

Thanks for the feedback, we've worked with Loadex on a few shipments so far and none of the orders have hit my desk, so I take that as a positive sign.

We used the Sopro guy ourselves as he called us once he left there. I talked to my client again today and he said no calls from Loadex.

Welcome to the site Loadex. Your reply sounded sincere and I hope that it is a true representation of your company. As a new member you will find that unprofessional tactics by carriers, shippers or 3PL's find their way to this site very quickly. It is not only a "watch dog" for companies to monitor other companies but also for companies to monitor their own employees behaviour. Might be a good time to remind your staff that positive comments on this site is like having a free salesman but negative ones take a long time to recover from.
