Just wanted to post our experience with RM Logistics from Montreal. We booked a load and agreed for loading time of 2 1/2 hours included in the rate, the loading time was 5 hours in total, and they said we will not be paid any waiting time because we got unloaded at the receivers in a timely manner. We say they did not keep their end of the deal. There was
no mention of subtracting loading time from unloading times.
 
RM logistics inc. owes us 850$ for a load we moved for them back in March 10 2016 and are unable to reach anyone in their office. I think they have shut down the business as their mailing address is listed for sale.
The owner is Kiran who goes by different names - Kiran Dhaliwal, Karen, Karen Johal, Kiran Johal.
Last time we spoke to her, she said the company had mailed the cheque twice but we never saw anything in our mail. Then they asked for DD void cheque and has not been answering the phones since then.
Does anyone have a clue to their new company and phone number ?

are you talking about RM from Montreal or RM Platinum that there is a thread that is currently running that closed down in the last couple of days
We work regularly for RM out of Montreal and they are good and pay well
