It doesn't work this way for "incorporated" drivers. Customers paid to fleet and have nothing to do with the pay system within the fleet.
Only Ministry of Labour and lawyers may help. Lengthy process, though...

I don't understand how he can open a corporation for you if you have not given permission? That is making a fraudulent statement on the online portal. This is pretty serious stuff...

Drivers signing all forms with the promise of better pay and so on..
It's up to the company to follow those promises or not...

Well first off it is not legal and if RevCan/WSIB finds out they will be audited and they will pay, my guess is that any company that is still doing this would probably just disappear because if they are skirting this issue what else are they doing?

What I am saying Igor, is that if someone went and opened a corporation under my name, without my express authorization, some heads would likely be rolling.

Agree.. That means people gave him OK to do that, but when he screwed up, they blame only him..
That how I see it..
