Anyone having problems collecting from the above company.

I have invoices that are 92 days and no one talks to you when, you call for ap or even owner,

They are located at 12-5266 General Road,
Mississauga, Ontario
L4W 1Z7

Yes no one answers the phone. They are just double brokering freight
Call the owner on his cell 647.408.2427 but call from a personal phone.
Got a hold of him this morning and he said I can pick up a check tomorrow.
We will see what happens

Sureway Transport out of Mississauga is a company everyone should stay away from. I have been trying to collect an invoice from August and the response I got once was it will be paid by the end of the week. That was early December after I finally got a hold of someone. I have emailed and no response. I have left messages and no response. I contacted Load Link and they said they will put it on their file but has to wait for other complaints....duh. I guess everyone should get ripped off first before they do something. Not a great way to do business.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
 
We get weekly emails from an american factoring company (Baxter Bailey and Associates) and Sureway started showing up on their list of non-paying brokers back in October 2015.

Grammyp I went after their customer, who in turn was able to get them on the phone. I told the customer need payment from them and they can deal with Sureway.

Would strongly suggest you do the Bill of Lading Act on your invoice.

As for Link, they need 3 complaints before shutting them down.

People we need to call Link and get the dead beats off link and stop them from ripping people off.

That Baxter and Bailey has FLS listed as well.
 
I just received a phone call asking me to post that this is Sureway is Anthony & Danny Colangelo,
