Everest Freight Non Payers and Double Brokers

Hi ,
I have one invoice not paid for $450 - date of invoice is July 5th.
Mohamed told me in December they will pay me and I got another invoice paid but this one is still not paid.
Mohamed is not working there anymore.
Dispatch told me I have to talk to Nancy for accounting. I never get a hold of her since January.
Usually they were paying me in 90 days - not good.
I know they opened Everest International and it's the same owner.

Does Everest still answer their phones? Funny they don't pickup the received when we call / strange isn't it

Would like to seem them gone. Finally had to bill the Consignee. Seems like the load was tripple brokered.
Don't think Everest ever intended to pay us as it was not their customer.
Let's stop dealing with unrepuputable brokers.

We are in the process of submitting a full report to DOT on Everest Freight & Logistics for fraud, threats and illegal brokerage and get his MC revoked / And when he comes back under a different name we will advise the authorities immediately /

Everest Freight and Everest International have been confirmed as affiliated. No matter what they will tell you. Everest International is paying Everest Freight bills. They will also tell you there is no affiliation with Final Transport - this is also untrue.....
Final Lane/Final Transport - they are old Everest staff. They opened Final in December of 2013.
Keep away - and far away....from both.....

I think you likely mean to say that Everest International will NOT be paying Everest Freight's bills if they are affiliated. I can't see that bunch of crooks starting to pay any bills.

Arnold Tower - my original post is correct. My point was to confirm the two companies are affiliated - when they claim not to be. They are still operating and factoring. An invoice issued to Everest Freight is paid with a cheque from Everest International. So yes...they are paying some of their bills....
Everest International address is 600 DeMaisonneuve Quest, Suite 1700 Montreal QC H3A 3J2 Phone 514-635-7480. We have overdue invoices so I went for a visit at this location, beautiful office, it is a virtual office, this is where they get there mail. I was told they are moving to 1000 Blvd St Jean, Suite 701, Pointe Claire H9R 5P1. BUT they will not answer their phones. I have put a complaint into the load link.

We got screwed as well from them. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone now. If any information is able to be provided it would be greatly appreciated. They supposedly moved this weekend....ya right!! Thanks
