Trying to call to collect payment, but nobody answering.... anybody know anything?
 
Has anyone had any luck collecting from them? I have an open invoice not due yet but am wondering if I should be contacting the consignee now vs later.
 
I did collect old invoices and the account is paid in full.

You have to call them and tell them you are going to their customer, but also say you do not want to do that.

You will get payment.
 
Correction: I got all my cheques back as NSF. They have no money.

On the DNU list.
 
The local Police will not do anything, have gone to them on other accounts and they are too busy.

I know I might end up in court with them.
 
Over 60 days with us and starting to say they don't have money and aren't responding. Contacting Link and their shippers and consignees.
 
Broker is now on DNU list. Note that link logistics now shows their payindex at 75 in blue. Anyone have information about how to collect let me know.
 
just saw their truck in town over the weekend.. we said we required credit card for the crossdock we did here, (thanks to the comments on here, we did not give them credit) !!! thank you !!
 
I actually see their trucks here too. Obviously they are in some sort of financial pinch though. From what I remember they are a pretty decent carrier though.
 
any updates on Light speed. They are still on the link and still moving loads. They are telling me they've solved their money issues but still at 80 TCC on link?
 
One of my reps just reported to me that we gave Light Speed logistics a load and they immediately attempted to call our customer directly. Has anyone had any issues with Light Speed doing the same?
