Software for tracking rates

hello all ! Looking for some suggestions here. We currently have all of our clients rates on hard copy in a binder. While this has worked so far, I have to believe there is a much more efficient way to do this.

Does anyone know if there is software available for tracking clients and their rates with search features like the client name or city or receiver name ?

Hiya friendly,

quick and easy option:
Microsoft Excel - it'll do everything you want if you know how to instruct it and build it properly.


Harder option:
finding software compatible with how YOU want to store, review, print quotes, expire quotes, store and pull customer and lead data, etc... there is going to be the desire to make it compatible with the order entry system you are using... We've taken to writing 'rating' software ourselves. I'll let you know when it's complete if you like??
