Anyone else have a bad experience with this carrier?

Booked a load with the female dispatcher out of Chatham - who called me after seeing my posting on the load link. We came to agreement on the rate and I sent them a confirmation.
30 mins later she emailed me saying that their truck was 2 hours from my pick up and they need more money. It was $125 more being that it was noon and the shipper closed at 14:00 - I agreed. Then 45 mins later she emailed me again canceling the load because it was too far. And they have the balls to blame me for stating where the pick up was. I posted Chatham, ON - and the pick was right in Chatham.
I am just wondering has anyone else been screwed by these characters?
