Does anyone have any history with Merilin Logistics out of Mississauga. I have an old invoice from Febuary that they finally paid only to have the cheque bounced!!!!

He sold everything to his bother in law. They have a new name now.
 
it's just like magic and they have business, what's this one called David Copperfield's?
 
What's the new name for these fellows that we can stay clear? I had to chase him as well, 1st cheq from TD bank acct bounced, 2nd cheq certified from CIBC cleared.

Did a shipment for this company in early April. We still have not been paid. We were supposed to pick up a cheque but when we showed up they said they were not aware that a cheque was to be picked up. They always have a new excuse, did not get the invoice etc.

This company M Logistics is now on our Do Not Use list.

NOWHERE TO BE FOUND RBA Financial/Grand Financial not paying out.

Looking for your advice.

Did two shipments for this company (found out they were double brokered but was to late). Got paid on the first invoice from Grand Financial and now they're refusing to pay on the second invoice.

What can be done?

Side note: I owe RBA/Grand Money - advice?

How do people get involved with these guys?

I'm just getting ready to pay an M Logistic invoice to Grand Financial but I can't get a wsib clearence so GF suggests I deduct 5% and pay it anyways.
 
Looks like M Logistics have vanished. We need to let everyone know when and where they pop up next.

May I ask why you are looking for a WSIB certificate now - before sending payment? Why was it not requested at the time of booking or at the very latest - while in transit?
 
Pay the carrier's Direct don't get involved with RBA/Grand Financial not worth your time. Many companies out there that can factor for less then 5%.

I'm not sure what was said or done at the time of booking to get past this hurdle but as a fail safe I check the contractor list on payables day and they had a flag next to their name as of yesterday. I've been through a wsib audit and even though I got a small refund it wasn't much fun. I'll try and do better :-(
 
I think one of our offices brokered something to them that was likely brokered out ... I believe from Quebec to Ontario.

M Logistics disapeared. All of their phone# are not in service now. Who can help us to catch this mouse?:mad:
