They are slow. 2 small shipments done then they made my DNU.
90 days or more on each. But did pay if thats any consolation

Hi- I just got a cheque yesterday from an April 20 invoice. I called the office and was told to email A/P. To his credit, he did call back the next day with the date the cheque would be mailed, and it was mailed when he said it would be. But took way too long to get paid. Long and the short of it though, we did get paid.

Do a search - there is information on U.C.X. and all of it negative.
They are horrible to deal with. Flat out tell you that you'll get paid - when they are paid - and when they feel like cutting the cheque. They could care less if you get their customer involved - report them to Link - or anything else.
A shotty outfit with alot of attitude and no clout to back it up....
Unfortunate to see people still extending them credit. They are COD without question - and even COD is pushing it for the headaches they'll give you. Better to pass on their loads and look for freight elsewhere....

Apparently the more sensible of the two partners has packed up and moved out of U-C-X Freight, leaving Ken to run things in his usual fashion.
Ken is a Goof who hides behind his wife. Rick was a great guy and it was unfortunate he had to leave. Kevin is still there but he can not say much. Definately on the DNU!!!
