I have been calling everyday..it has been 90 days now...she seems to always be at the *post office* ??!!

Does anyone have this guys freight? I have been chasing this guy John forever
for a $375.00 invoice that is over a year old, With one invoice almost 2 years old. When I spoke to the guy he said I could send the driver in today for a cheque. When the driver went in to get the cheque it is now mailed out. God how do people have time in this industry to play games... Now we have a copy of the cheques in hand and all are all postdated. Beware!!!!!!!

If this is Seneca farms out of York, Ontario you are out of luck.
We have been chaseing them for a payment and when I went by last week, building is empty and there are no trucks to be found.
But I do have both John Sr and John Jr's personal address.
Jr is the one you want to go after if these are the same people you are looking for.

Oh, we did a load for them about 3 years ago...never again. The driver was told loading would take 3 hours. It took 10 as their customer disassembled office furniture while we waited and loaded it onto our trailer. By the time we figured out what was happening, it would have taken them just as long to get their garbage off our trailer as it would have to finish loading. We waited over 120 days for payment. We called them numerous times. But amazingly, they paid us for all the waiting time we requested. (I am referring to Seneca on Curity Ave)

It took me over 4 months to get paid when we did some work for them last year.
I ended up contacting Link Logistics and Seneca's customer who took the report and said they would investigate. I told the customer I would be suing them along with Seneca.
I received my cheque about 20 days later.

Update....got both invoices paid by Seneca. John came in personally to drop of both checks. 9 months to pay...
