Did a load with them a few weeks back. Delivered a day late with some lame excuse. Also we had to call them to find out they weren't delivering on the agreed day.
 
Used them only one time (January 2012).

Time sensitive load with appointments at both ends.

They picked up and delivered on time.

same service issues, they f*cked us as VPA, then we did not know they were the same place and booked as JCA, fucked us again there...

VPA Problem: "picked up a load for us in ON to CT, next day delivery. Unable to provide satisfactory answers and 3 days later the freight is still in their yard. Can't get a straight answer from this guy"

JCA Problem: "12-27-2011: Carrier was scheduled to deliver a load today. Carrier was a "no-show" on delivery and was unreachable by phone / fax / email / cell phone.

12-29-2011: Same load still not delivered. First excuse was that their office got broken into and they couldn't send out any trucks until the police was done. So we rescheduled the delivery, had to reschedule twice because still wouldn't make it in. This morning still not delivered. Pulling out every excuse possible, won't give me PAPS #, totally ridiculous and he yells and swears when you ask too many questions."
