Of course, I'll chime in here to say she doesn't mean I.F.S. (the carrier) from Oshawa (and their satellite offices), in case anyone sees just the initials and not to be confused with another company whose name is dangerously close.

Thanks for clarifying noproblembuddy - good point.

I.F.S./IFS is what previous members have used as headers in regards to International Freight Solutions.

So many company names are similar nowadays - it can be confusing...

My advice to you if he owes you money, is to sue him and his customer in small claims, that is what I eventually did, and I was paid within a week I believe.

Just curious what 'sending them to collections' means...

I also attempted collections quite agressively with this company, but nothing seemed to spur Jason into action like suing his customer...

I went to his bank and spoke to the manager, I visited his doorstep more than once and camped out on his front lawn, I spoke to his neighbours and had a loud yelling match with Jason in front of his house... You name it...

If you sue him and his customer it will likely be dealt with quickly...
