Horrible to deal with - slow slow....used to pay well years ago. A/P job has changed hands to over 4 people in less than a year. Current A/P - Bud - never responds to faxes or calls. Beware of this company - financial trouble.
 
You can try dealing with Graham Taylor - he is the Controller. Deal with Bud first - then move onto Graham. I spoke to Bud yesterday and got cheque information. Will see what happens next week.
 
They are done - got a resume today that included their letter to employees saying they are shutting down as of November 4th.

These guys are officialy bankrupt received the notice yesterday , they do have a quite a bit in receivebles and assets so there is a good chance we will receive some monies, we are one of the lucky ones, only owing us $700.00 back from June
 
Can you post the details on the law firm representing their bankruptcy? I was not included or mine got lost in the mail.

I did the Bill of Lading act and got paid by the consignee in full. Maybe you should try it, as you have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the BOL act and got a bunch of the money but not all of it. I will call the trustee tomorrow and have myself added for what it is worth.

I spoke to a load broker just before Christmas and brought up Frank Snyders name and was told that he is operating another company in the Burlington area. :( If anybody hears of the name please post it here.
