Anyone heard of these guys. They have a shipment of mine and references all checked out good but now freight hasn't arrived and dispatcher won't return calls.

We've worked with Inna there twice in the last 75 days. Pickup and delivery were on time and communication was always answered (no voicemail was ever required).

Thanks Mikejr, yeah I did our regular references and all came back well. Phones are down other then their cell. Dmitri answered one call this morning put me on hold at 9:30 local time and in 45 minutes hasn't called me back or returned my calls. So far just a day late but when dispatchers start to avoid me I get pretty suspicious. Thanks for the info though i'll try Inna.
 
Thanks for the feedback folks from what i'm getting it seems weird hopefully they turn it around quick. Does anyone have any other cell numbers for anyone there or locals other then Dmitri 416-910-2584 he won't answer anymore.
 
I'll update the thread as I get info from them. Still nothing yet for communication from Dmitri. Rate I payed was very fair almost 7000.00 from Toronto - Terrace BC area for about 44' of trailer. Thanks for the feedback.
 
So carrier showed up a day and a half late. Dimitri finally has talked to me. He can not confirm why they were late and to be honest is reluctant to discuss details about why. Is back tracking to check details. Regardless yes they delivered and yes it was within an allowable timeframe. The challenge was Dimitri booked a delivery in which we put people in place to offload and then didn't show up. His communication and the companies communication went from good to terrible once the truck did not arrive. I'm working on a reduction for late delivery due to the crew being on sight, Dimitri is being difficult regarding this. Will update as I go.
