LTL Expedited Air

Why would a company that pays in 40 days or less need to merge with a company that pays in 100 days? Now you really think one needs to merge or one would have bought out the other. Get it? I don't believe it's called Ranger LTL is it? It's Ranger Express Forwarding but LTL promises to take care of their debt and perhaps in a quicker fashion.

On the outside looking in I would say the one has cash and the other doesn't, hopefully they continue same pay trends (as the good company) but I would be a little weary at first.

Guys, everyone is getting paid why drag this on. If you have questions call Ranger Express and find out the deal. I don't think anyone is hiding any information.

Paul, it was simply a question I put out on them as there was no official announcement as far as we know. If you have any info regarding the merge let us know, just trying to cover our a$$ and get paid for the work we do; they still are emailing as LTL Exp but bookings are as Ranger Express Forwarding... - Chris

My comment was directed at you F1 - was just a general comment as this discussion went off topic.

LTL is finished and Ranger is now making deals on LTL's outstanding debt. Good luck!!! It feels good to be right!

Ranger Express Forwarding

Any more information on the paying trends of Ranger. I have an invoice from April and cannot get anyone on the phone or email to answer me back. They are either out to lunch or in a meeting. Does anyone have any other contact information for this company?????

Ranger Express Forwarding has been brutal to work with. Claims they went to a new computer system a month ago and yadda yadda yadda. Won't give straight answers about when cheques are out. Straight to collections.

We cannot get anyone to take our calls, I have asked for the manager Rob to help with the outstanding balance of $3625 (over 110 days) and no answer from anyone so far. I would love to say we're shocked, but it takes a lot these days. I guess our next round of calls will be to their customers....

When did they tell you about the new computer system because I finally got through to someone this morning and that is the excuse they gave. She is supposed to call back in an hour. We'll wait and see...
Have you gotten any money out of them at all?

Ranger Express

We heard about the "new system" a couple weeks ago, that's why we gave them some time to get things sorted out. I have called everyday since last week, and have yet to reach anyone willing to commit to any sort of payment. On the phone now holding AGAIN...

I was told they just got the new system. I talked to someone this morning and was told I would get a call back when the boss came in. The call never came, so I called back. I was told he would be in around 11am and thats the only answer they can give me. They haven't even talked about paying me for this invoice. All I get is that they will call me back, but I'm sure I will be the one calling them back again. Let me know what kind of answer you get!!!!

With many of you in the same boat here....why doesn't someone show up on their doorstep and find out exactly what is going on over there?

You can only send so many emails...make so many calls. If your receivable is worth more than the gas it will take you to drive over - then go and ask to speak to the owner regarding payment and non communication.

That should shake things up....

I agree AccountsReceivable, I haven't had the Ops manager return our calls either, so a visit to their office is our next step. I will update once we meet with them.
