What is the going rate for a qualified DZ driver nowadays?

I've got 8 of them in the GTA.

We start our guys at 14.00 and go from there. Guys that are easy on the equipment... clean... polite... good with the shippers and receivers... keep the abstract clean find themselves up to 18.00 pretty quick.

Drivers are easy to find.

Good drivers are a little more difficult to find.

We are currently paying $20.00 per hour for qualified d/z drivers with flatbed experience. plus safety bonus, benefits and o/t paid after 55 hours.
