This company has no intentions of paying out on their contracts.
Mohamamad Zahid and Chris Yawn are connected with Tranpsort LaLa (6548831 Canada Inc) and Transport Bricar (9156050 Quebec Inc).
Just finished protecting myself against this double brokering snake. Wine load from the west coast paying way more than it should. I put it the load on COD and was promised a cheque since last Wednesday. Called the tranpsort company who actually controls the freight and they are paying us direct.
Shame on you Chris.
Watch out people, he just keeps on going.

I know this makes Quebec companies mad but we have not dealt with anyone new from Quebec in about 4 years (unless they are a Transforce company or somebody we have history on) and we have very little receivable problems. When you get mad at this post my answer is very simple I cannot change laws in Quebec the companies from Quebec need to get the laws change so the honest people do not get painted with the same brush.
 
I agree with you. We are very hesitant to deal with anyone from Quebec unless we have a past history with them.

I can't believe their dispatch called and tried to get me to take a load. I almost took it so I could hold their freight hostage to collect on a invoice I wrote off as a bad debt. Did get them to fax over updated info on there scam companies. if anybody needs it let me know.

I can't believe these scumbags are still around. We got several emails last year warning us about these guys - they are also (or were) Transport LALA out of St. Hubert, QC.
 
We just took a load from Bricar with no intentions of picking it up called the shipper and sure enough double brokered. Called the original broker and we now have a new customer. This is the only way to eliminate these guys is take their business away from them. They are not even posting on the link they called us I guess technically I should thank them for providing us with a new customer. We will do this with every load tendered to us, call the shipper and make sure the company who gave us the load is the original.
 
i can't believe these guys keep calling me to give me freight. They have already burned me once. If i get the freight from them i have no intention of hauling but i will make the shipper aware of there fraud.

Transport la/Bricar

they went thru a "broker" H&W transport (they have agents to sell loads for them) long story short. took a load from Bricar/belonging to Trspt LaLa/agent for H&W, ended up billing H&W, was short paid,because they gave 1976.00 to their agent..:rolleyes:
