I knew that this time would eventually come. I found this on LoadLink's Equifax Daily Alerts

DEFENDANT BYU281 A&M TRANSPORTATION
25-Oct-10 BRAMPTON ON
AMOUNT: $102,600 ACTION: DEFAULT JUDGMENT
REASON: LOAN
PLAINTIFF : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BANK OF C REF: MTRANS


Beware. I know that there were a lot of posts on this company but I can't seem to find them in the searches. (most likely because of the ampersand in their name)
 
Link Equifax Reports

I believe this Link alert came over a week ago regarding A&M Transport.

There is a reason Link provides those alerts. They are a good daily resource to utilize. You would be surprised how many company alerts are noted in the report that ARE NOT mentioned on this forum. Especially brokers in MTL and PQ - names I have never heard of.

I add quite a few to the DNU list based on this information Link provides.

Are alerts sent to everyone on the Link or is it an extra service we pay for. I have never seen an Equifax Alert.
