Hmmm. Well, here's the website based on Googling the phone #.

Interesting because it shows 770 Pine Valley Dr, box 72089. Streetview shows...the Kortright Centre and some crappy looking road.

On the plus side, was laughing because they take credit cards
and compare themselves to all kinds of common carriers on one of their pages.

I will not be surprised if this is Rush in disguise.

Nothing adds up. They say they have a warehouse and can do haz, but don't don't have any MC #. There are a couple of companies in the US who run under Exclusive Freight and none in Canada. I am guessing this is a slick double-broker operation that is starting up. I will say this is probably Rush in a new incarnation.
 
Says they have an "in-house fleet" lol...

Nawk, when this Masha chick calls, ask her to send her authorities and insurance. I'd be interested to see if they produce anything that looks like Rush's stuff.

Also, it says on their site they do customs brokerage. Red flags flying a plenty.

Gotta agree with Nawk on this one. Pretty cheesy.


The website and their phone bill are probably their biggest (only) expenses.

Thanks GKTrucking.... All of a sudden I (as a broker) am nervous about giving freight to Highlight :confused:
 
It is nothing to worry about. A lot of carriers have broker operations and in many cases set them up as a seperate entity ... there is tax advantages to this.

Highlight has been pretty decent to us ... can't blame them for expanding. Site is maybe a bit embellished, but so what?
