Hi,

We've found them double brokering freight -- picked up in Montreal and cross-docked it in Toronto to go to Washington state. They didn't pay the carrier and my customer directed the actual carrier to me.

2 things

1 from Brampton ? It can't be!
2 Maximum and cmx have what to do with this deal?????

Are these the same guys that used a office identity address at 1 Yonge St., Toronto. I bet they cross-docked the freight at Crossdock Systems.

We're thinking it is. 1 Yonge Street is the Toronto Star Building ... my guess is they were using a Star Box at that time. But now this address.

Question

What's the address in Brampton. The 1 Yonge St went by Trans Canada Distribution Inc

Her Majesties new guest!

wow, it's almost 1 year since this thread has been updated. See the following:

E N D O R S E M E N T

[1] In both these actions Surinderjit Singh Gill, the owner of TransCanada Inc., failed to attend a judgment debtor exam on October 19, 2010. He was personally served with a Notice of Contempt Hearing and did attend in the Superior Court of Justice on November 23, 2010. At that time he was ordered to attend an examination in Small Claims Court on January 28, 2011 and the contempt motion was adjourned to February 1, 2011.

[2] Mr. Gill did not attend January 28, 2011. He also did not attend on February 1, 2011 although paged three times.

[3] A Form 60K warrant shall issue for the arrest of Mr. Gill. This means that the police will arrest him and take him to jail pending bringing him to court for a contempt hearing. If I am in Brampton at the time, Mr. Gill shall be brought before me. If not, before another judge.

[4] A copy of this Endorsement shall be mailed to Mr. Gill. Upon receipt Mr. Gill should, in order to avoid arrest, immediately contact the court and arrange to appear before me or another judge. He would also be well advised to pay his debts. (So there is no confusion, the arrest warrant is to issue immediately. I am not giving Mr. Gill extra time to appear).

The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow, but grind they do.
