Has anyone worked with this company in the past? Good or bad.
If so, please share payment trends

they are just getting to 90 days as a FF I would imagine they do not have a payment trend and still pending for authorities so up to you
 
We conducted an investigation based on the information they provided and what was captured on their website. This is not to say the company is or will be reputable but at this time, ENorth did not meet the company's threshold to issue credit.

We offered a variety of different options which were declined.
 
Hello Team,

We recently picked up a few loads from ENorth Logistics. They asked us to pick up the loads from their dock at:
2798 Thamesgate Dr, Unit 8
Mississauga, ON L4T 0A5
I am 100% sure that this is not their actual dock. It appears that they may have registered their company at this address.
For the first truck, the driver arrived at 12:30 PM and was not loaded until 8:10 PM. We submitted the paperwork with the complete in/out times, but we still have not received the revised confirmation for the detention.
For the second truck, the driver arrived at 1:30 PM and was loaded around 7:30 PM. We now need to drop the trailer, and they said they will inform us once the trailer is loaded.
There has been a significant lack of communication from their dispatch team throughout this process. I also asked them about Quick Pay, but they declined.
Let’s see how they handle the detention and the remaining paperwork. We should keep a close eye on these loads and make sure all detention time is properly documented and approved.

Just for my own curiousity, how did they pass your vetting procedures?

Which lane did you cover?

We caught that company double brokering one of our shipments on loadlink last week, although we did not award any shipments to them. I have a feeling I know who is the carrier behing it but I cannot comment until I am sure about it.
Super new company, no history, posted out of some random dock in Mississauga, LinkedIn profile shows the owner is located in Pakistan. Steer awayyyyy

The loads we picked up have already arrived at our warehouse. We are still waiting for ENorth Logistics to provide an answer regarding the detention and Quick Pay approval.
As per their dispatch, they are waiting for confirmation from the owner regarding both the detention and Quick Pay.
We will follow up and keep you updated once we receive their response.

I have some concerns regarding the dispatcher information. The dispatcher is listed as Richard Brown, but based on our communication and interactions, I have reason to believe that the person may not actually be Richard Brown.
I don’t want to make any assumptions without verification, but I think we should confirm his identity and the company’s contact information before moving forward with any further loads.
