They are on loadlink, I called for a rate today but they have not gotten back to me.

I just used them this month going to Chicago IL. My customer messed up their custom docs and the custom broker cleared the shipment, but US customs didn't accept the paperwork sent the truck back to Canada.

Once it was all cleared up, United wouldn't deliver until they had a new dispatch revision.

There is a huge lack of trust in this industry which I do understand, sad the industry has come to this.

In saying all this, I would use them again.

A new dispatch revision is not too much of an ask. In fact, it is a prudent thing to ask for and I wouldn't call it a level of distrust.
