Packrat- I've used them in the past and are descent. They shadow lanes where I have other carriers I prefer to use more but that's not to say there not good.

Olympic express cancelled load at last minute. Cant trust them on loads.

I'm not advocating this behaviour, nor supporting this carrier or their actions as I don't know them, but sometimes crap happens and that they cancel on you might not be the worst thing. At least you know about it. How many loads have they done this to you? Was it just the first one? We need a bit more information if you want us to take your comments seriously.
