At the point if we have never heard of you they are all DNU simple solution. Only truck in 500 miles of a hot lond sorry Mr Customer cannot find anyone for you today. Not worth the hassle or the sleepless night wondering if I am getting screwed. Shame it has come too this but our new entrants seem to for the most part think it is all a game of screw your buddy. I have enough buddies thanks..

I also would like to add a comment on gmail email addresses. If your business pins one of its most important communication methods to a free for all service with a generic prefix then you're going to get more scrutiny. What ever happened to getting a domain and setting up a proper email system?
If you're serious about business - that should be step 1.

When investigating any new supplier, that’s it in a nutshell…..”are they serious about business”. Are they properly licensed and insured? Do they have an internet presence? Are the pictures of their equipment real, or are they European-style cabovers? Is their website grammatically correct? Where do they park their equipment and where do they operate out of? Who are they supplying their services to now? Most importantly it seems these days……what does Inside Transport say about them?

Just to expand on one point you made there. What do several long tenured members that offer quality insight and information have to say about them?

Too many one post wonders around here that will say good or bad about a company and then disappear entirely.

Keep well sir,
Mike

Without question Mike Jr.! I have no, or little interest in reading, “ we used them once”. Of more value to me is,” we have been using them regularly on such and such a lane with great results”. A proven track record is much better than a one hit wonder.
