Not recommended. The carrier accepted the load at their requested rate but failed to pick up the shipment after three scheduled attempts. Later, they requested an additional 800 CAD to proceed. Unreliable and not recommended for future loads.

Thank you. This confirms my suspicion about "Alberta" carriers being a red flag.

No beef, just skittish because of the trend of "Alberta" carriers really being just Brampton people pretending to be from another province for cheap insurance (like Nova Scotia), and that many of these folks tend to be scammers/double-broker artists. Extra vetting required, and usually passing out of an abundance of caution when the address is a house or like a UPS store.

I have been working with Mr. Freight Inc. for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say that they are one of the most reliable and professional Flatbed Carrier we have ever partnered with. Over the course of our business relationship, we have not experienced a single major issue.

This past summer, we started a small project with them that quickly grew into a long-term partnership. Throughout the year, they have successfully covered more than 100 loads for us — all handled with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Every shipment was picked up and delivered on time, and their dispatch and support teams were always available to provide updates or resolve any minor questions promptly.

Working with Mr. Freight Inc. has been a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Great website if the pictures are not of brand new Petes at the dealers lot they are of other carriers equipment. Carrier they say yet all job postings point to brokerage as no shop driving O/O positions just office staff. I would say be carful.

Definitely something fishy. The address on their website is an office tower in downtown London Ontario. A Safer search has a Mr. Freight out of Calgary with an active carrier registration but 24 trucks and zero inspections? As Rob noticed, new, unplated trucks sitting at a Pete dealer on their website . No mention of any licences or registrations. And now, this glowing testimonial from a new member that sounds like a “cut and paste” AI job. A big firm NO THANK YOU!

Ran it through an AI checker and it is 100%. Plus, the bolded words are also a classic GPT thing. Did a doctorate on fake Google reviews written by AI so I also know the diff.
