Looking for feedback on the below carrier. Anyone work with them and how did it go?

did you every get a response...they have approached us....just curious not much info on them
 
Poor service.

Appointment was set for Friday, then they delayed and asked to move to Monday. (FTL lane from QC to Atlantic)

On Monday they were late again, missed the 1 PM appointment, and I had to beg the shipper to squeeze them in before 5 PM.

Closer to 5 they told me again that they are late.
Eventually I just ran out of patience and canceled.

I guess their "sister carriers" kept cancelling on them.
