I just heard that TMC Transportation out of Des Moines IA has notified it's drivers via Qualcom that as of Friday the 29th they are ceasing all flatbed operations!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about this...any business failure of that magnitude is going to hurt alot of people.

I would take this with a grain of salt.....it is coming from a driver and I cannot find anything to confirm it.

Well as of Dec 01/09 their logistics division had over 7G in non-payment complaints just on Internet Truckstop and rated at over 50 days to pay. So maybe the rumours are true.
