Looking at if its the same situation with Karma logistics for everyone, we have been following up with them for payment since last 2 month, all we hear is cheque is mailed, will send e transfer and no answer on phone calls

would advise to stay away from Karma Logistics..
 
We had the same issues getting payment. Same stories. We eventually got EFT payment after threatening to go to the customer direct. Not surprising their bond is pending cancellation given our experience with them.

If you are owed money, get the bond claim in before it’s cancelled.

how do we do that, first time chasing someone can you please advise , all help is appreciated,

If your account is past due and standard attempts to collect have failed, it is time to enlist some professional help. Contact a para legal experienced in transportation, such as ScamChaser who is a member of this site. Explain your situation and act on their advice. The surety bond holder, if indeed this broker has one, would be listed on their FMCSA registration. Reach out to them immediately and make a claim against the surety bond. The bond is only 75K so depending on how many other unpaid suppliers there are, it could be exhausted quickly. Good luck.

Their FMCSA brokerage authority was revoked May 28, 2025. With a little bit of luck, if you moved the load before their insurance was cancelled, you may be able to get in line for a small payout. Good luck.

I did not hear any other updates. Hopefully somebody can let us know that she's still at ELI Logistics as referenced from Zoom Info

Does ELI Logistics have any threads on here? Do they pay their bills?
 
Wow. Thanks, Igor It took me some time to read all these bad reviews of ELI Logistics

They sound like total scammers. I think it's safe to say that Gagan Bassi from Karma Logistics and ELI Logistics are hand in hand total scammers. Do not trust. Do not use.

The question I have is, why did Gagan Bassi work for Nu Era Logistics for a few months in between ELI Logistics and starting Karma Logistics

Were Nu Era people just stupid, and they let somebody come into their house and steal their clients?

Or was Nu Era aware, and did they not value their clients enough to protect them from scammers?

Nu Era, either they are dumb or they don't care about their clients.

They hired Gagan Bassi either knowing she was the sales Manager from ELI logistics, or they did not know what her previous role was. Shouldn't they care about their clients enough to know?

Or they brought her in to target a client. Once you start targeting people you have to be careful who targets you back. I wouldn't want to go anywhere near Nu Era knowing that they're ethically challenged and flat out NOT CANADIAN in their values.
