Well you're missing out @Rob because Satnam Singh thinks:

TOLLWAYS TRANSPORT LOGISTICS stands out as an exceptional carrier in my experience. Their reliability and dependability are unmatched, consistently meeting appointments punctually. Their professionalism, transparency, and collaborative approach make them a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of an outstanding carrier.

Please note this is on par with his Indian Food Reviews, so it's a high bar!

Just my luck missing out on using the best google review AI could generate. Total BS but well written BS lol.

A big fumble on our end from my team. They chose this carrier on a simple QC - ON shipment and now the truck, driver and the load has all gone missing. We have been calling them non stop but theres a lady who answered the phone once and sounds like shes working at a daycare with all the kids crying in the background. She has no knowledge of where the freight is.

Harry only answers emails and mentioned the driver is on the way which was 4 hours ago. They also told us that the truck that originally picked up did not belong to them so the owner took the trruck back and then the driver fell sick so he could not leave. I have no clue wtf is going on but this company CANNOT have 26-5 start reviews on their google profile. How can their be 26 idiots giving fake reviews?
We are reporting this to the local authorities as a theft. They leave us with no choice. Some mickey mouse operation going on

Ouff this a sh*tstorm. I'd focus on getting info on whether they actually have some sort of eyes on the freight. Based on the excuses this leans towards it being double brokered, which is possibly a good thing. The original carrier may be able to get ahold of you if your infos mentioned on the BOL somewhere and if you have good rapport with your shipper, I'd start there to try to get any info on who the carrier was that picked it up. We had a load outright stolen in QC and it took 6 days (including the weekend) for the local MTL police to even return our calls.

Start with identifying who picked up the freight, since they admitted it wasn't them. figuring out who that was will help you narrow down what you need to do next.

Based off what you are saying, this sounds double brokered, and now the carrier who actually has the freight is most likely holding it hostage.

side note check if they have valid insurance, if they do, you can report it to the insurer and start a claim process IF THE INSURANCE IS VALID. If they are on the up and up and care about not having a claim go against their record, you'll get a response fairly quickly once you have the insurer involved. If they do have active insurance you'll have some sort of recourse to put you and your customer at ease.

Crappy situation, hope they are just bad at communicating and you get a "Load delivered" email on monday am.

We finally got a call from "Harry" who told us the driver has had his breakfast and is on the move now. They told us the same thing 6 hours ago. I asked him to call the driver but his driver wouldnt answer the call.
I managed to get him to tell us the location of the trailer and I have arranged for a power only move to get this back to our facility in Ontario. It is being picked up as we speak.

NEVER EVER would I use this company no matter what.
