So are you saying that they are DD? Cause I have given them lots for loads from CA to ON
 
I'm also now having difficulty collecting from this company.

Two invoices that are now over 70 days.

No reply to emails and today I called and tried just about every department listed on their phone system and there is nobody answering any phones.

Sorry to say this but they will not pay and you have fallen victim to these crooks.

We also had the same issue but we got paid through taking freight hostage.
 
So, this company appears to have completely disappeared on us now leaving their customer holding the bag.

We have contacted the customer, who of course claims they have nothing to do with this. I briefly explained the Mercantile Law Amendment act over the phone and then followed up with an email demanding payment.

We will be proceeding to small claims court in the near future.

Here are some of the names of those we dealt with at Pentagon Logistics in case they pop up somewhere else...

I believe they bought Canex as when we gave freight to Canex the tracing emails came from Pentagon. They are affiliated in someway

In regards to this post, did The Chicken ever find Glen? Did The Chicken open a Can of Whoop Ass? Was mom still involved? So many unanswered questions.

I believe they split. Canex now in old MTS building in Brampton. Emails are from Canex now.

Indeed... Same number I've reached them at before... When you call it now, the system immediately disconnects the call.
