We set them up in 2022, they did 8 moves for us, mostly in 2023. There was a note in their profile in 2024 re an inactive DOT due to an MCS 150 form. They are currently showing as active although their vehicle OOS is nearing the national average.
We have not used them since the end of 2023, no notes on any of the jobs to indicate there were services issues.

Ok. they took a load for us and called the customer to set up payment direct to them. They waited until they were on the dock and the shipper started loading before the made the call. They claimed they were set up with up customer and gave a bullshit excuse as they are probably lying. We would have pick it up with our truck but we were not able to pick up until the next day and were helping customer out. They are lucky I am not 25 years younger.

@Mr. MB Thanks for the intel, I will put them on the DNU as that behavior is unacceptable. There was a time in trucking when disputes like this were dealt with very differently and a visit from some motorcycle enthusiasts would quickly resolve it.

Yes disputes where resolved much quicker and with less paperwork.
I would just go do it myself back when I had my trucking company in the 90's but then again there were not many scumbags in trucking back then. Just the big companies playing politics to keep the smaller companies down.
