Set them up 8 years ago, mostly a positive experience, used them early this year, no issues.

We don't connect very often due the limited amount of deck freight we haul, but had a small claim 5 years ago on a load that was not tarped when it arrived at the consignee

not good at all. will pickup a deck load and deliver whenever they want. high prices, bad service. Overall only use if last resort
 
We set them up a dozen years ago and had very good experiences for years until their main dispatcher left and started his own company. Ever since their quality of service has never been the same.
 
Recent issue again with a pickup at Ritchie Bros.. forgot a piece at the shipper but it was on the load confirmation and the quote, and they had the release documents.. But when we asked what was going on, they said oops, forgot a piece, and promised to pickup again but for 2 weeks they kept stalling, but then we gave up and had to get someone else to do it on the last possible day before the piece is considered abandoned, and TJ from R mann got mad that we charged them back our cost for cost to get someone more reliable to get it done.
Rep was TJ, and he's not one for taking responsibilities or following through on his promises.... But that being said, I would still use them again.
