wouldn't most smart brokers or shippers put carrier on a DNU after the 2nd or 3rd load gets delivered short or stolen enroute? Hell even after 2-3 off route alerts with no valid explanation from a carrier, that would would be a DNU for most given the issues of cargo security nowadays.

the bigger they are, the harder it is to look at their toes...its still crazy how it got to 83m's. We get like 20 calls soon as trucks tracking 20 mins late.

There could be a grease involved, if you know what I mean..
And on a side note, Armenian diaspora in LA is largest outside of the Armenia itself, if I'm not mistaken..
