EAGLE FREIGHT SYSTEM!!!!


It is one of the worst companies to work with and a disgrace to the trucking industry. We hauled a loaded trailer for them from Kitchener ON to Plainfield IN 4 months ago and we never got paid. They double brokered this load to us and cleared it under their own PAPS.



We have called them so many times they make excuses every time and nobody responds to the emails as well. Everybody is going through tough times already and situations like these are very frustrating.

How is that possible, they are legally obligated as per the BOL. ?? Something doesn't add up here.

My boss went to meet the manager as well, he didn't initiate to help at all, he said contact EFS. I guess they are corrupted as well

The shipper doesn't need to pass any info along to the orig carrier or broker. Shipper needs to open his wallet and pay up, or get taken to court and then have to pay... its pretty simple and precedents exist.

@sodeydisp you may want to consider retaining @SCAM CHASER to do the heavy lifting for you, since you are not getting the progress your expecting on collecting directly.
