any help with Ship and Smile based out of Edmonton AB we have 3 unpaid invoices with them over 11k no one is responding but i see they are still posting loads on DAT.I will advise all to be careful working with Shipandsmile

yes they paid us 1 incoive but also got charged back next day by our E capital Factory company .

I contacted the receiver and they told me they already paid ship & smile.

They have since stopped answering my calls/emails. Might have to take them to small claims.

They paid after I reached out to their customer and threatened to take them and Ship & Smile to court over the unpaid bills.

122 days to pay $1,800 and dozens of calls and emails going to AR and the owner. On my DNU.

Did you reach out to their customer? I called them direct and told them we'd all be heading to small claims court if I didn't receive payment and that got the ball rolling very fast. The customer themselves seemed very confused and didn't seem to know they were 3pl.

I am curious as well as we have a couple very small invoices outstanding with them & now a new 3PL is handling that customers freight & they seem eerily familiar to ship & smile...

Ship & Smile is not paying, best thing to do is reach out to the buyer of the freight ASAP to collect.
