Show invoice and pod and show that Dundalk Express is connected to this loadlink account and they should be able to take them down. Can anyone see Dundalk Express on Loadlink I believe they got booted off.
Also the bill of lading law says if broker doesn't pay then customer is responsible. Go to the customer and tell them they have to pay...

I honestly want to little to do with this man and his wife that I do not even want to go that far. I cut my losses already. The poor shipper paid me half and I accepted that. Tim owes so many people money. His wife should be on probation too. The newest company they frauded me under was under her name.

I totally agree. All it takes is a couple people to come forward.. I did some research, that house in Innisfil, they never paid rent they owe that poor landlord 23,000$ and they did it again to the landlord in Dundalk but the courts haven't made a ruling public yet. He also stole a truck from Chapman's ice cream (local business to Dundalk) and again, no charges laid. I'd hate to see a small business go under so these degenerates can continue living free. I'm sorry they got you too, I hope someone will speak up. One good case will out him behind bars where he belongs and danah won't be able to continue either.

Is your company name DK Transport? When I looked up DK Transport it brings up thread where DK is owing companies for loads. DK Transport has many bad reviews for being fraudsters. If this is your company than some would be happy for you to post your own address.

DK Transport and Dundalk Express are two separate entities with separate owners. We have worked with DK Transport and they are asset-based carriers.

As an Edmonton-based carrier, we are not affiliated in any way with Dundalk Express, and we believe there may have been some confusion, possibly with a Montreal-based operation as DK transport.
To be specific, we booked a load through Dundalk Express, but when our driver arrived at the shipper, we were informed that the load had already been picked up two days prior. This occurred on a Friday, which left our driver with no option but to return home empty.
To make matters more difficult, Dundalk Express has refused to pay for the empty miles or truck order not used (TONU), despite the failed coordination on their end.
