We did a load back in Dec 2024, and we are still waiting on the revised load sheet as the load was transferred from tandem to tri-axle. First, they accepted the extra charges, and when we delivered the load, they did last-minute calculations and deducted the charges from what they had approved.
Now we are trying to contact the customer.
 
I am a little surprised.

I moved 126 loads with them since 3/13/2024 and everything was paid 40-70 days with the exception of 2 loads at 100+ days and my experiences with them have been overwhelmingly positive.
 
We have been doing business with them for so long, but from the last few months we have been seeing issues for detentions. First, they confirm everything, and when the load gets delivered, the detention rates change.
