Idk anyone how many of you have used them or not but i learned the hard way that even in desperate times they won't get a single skid let alone a whole truck load.
These guys would pickup your freight and make commitments and then promise all sorts of things to get the load only for you to see getting emails with their trucks broken down every night before delivery and that happens for a week straight.. truck will get fine past 4pm and breakup after 11pm and afterhours sending you email at 12 that we cannot make delivery..
not sure if this is how they have been running things and if they did how are they getting business even.. with a basic sense at least can let know that we won't or cannot deliver things on time and arrangements can be made accordingly.
i had a crew waiting for 2 days straight for them to go onsite and deliver and i had to let them go and call them again when i was able to get them on site..
Oh don't forget about the emails they won't reply, NO UPDATES NO COMMUNICATION, NO CALLS, WILL ONLY HEAR WHEN YOU POST A LOAD AND THEY WANT IT!!
